I believe I'm a good tutor because I am outgoing and I use unique and different methods to get my students to understand and retain difficult subject matter. I tutor in a variety of subjects: Algebra 1-4, Middle School Math, Biology, Astronomy, Writing, Essay Editing, Literature, Grammar and Mechanics, College Essays, Arithmetic, Pre-Algebra, Public Speaking, Life Sciences, and English. I also do test preparation and coaching for the LSAT, SAT, PSAT, and ACT. I attended Allegheny College in Meadville, Pennsylvania and the University of Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh Campus. I enjoy playing my drums and going to movies, as well as reading, playing videogames, watching the news, and discussing politics.
